Tasks: Commis Pastry a Lugano - Opportunitá di Lavoro
Il candidato dovrá assistere il Pasticciere nel garantire la produzione di pasticceria fresca, prodotti da forno, dolci lievitati, prodotti salati e pane. Sará anche responsabile della realizzazione dei dolci per il servizio á la carte per il ristorante gourmet I Due Sud e per il ristorante La Veranda, oltre che delle torte per eventi.
