La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperá , all`interno del blocco operatorio ORL (sedi Civico e Italiano), della gestione del team infermieristico di anestesia. La risorsa sará responsabile della pianificazione e coordinamento delle attivitá degli infermieri, garantendo un`alta qualitá di assistenza ai pazienti. ሠrichiesta un`esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili e una forte capacitá di leadership.
