Tasks: CMC Scientist for Drug Development at Monte Rosa Therapeutics

Monte Rosa Therapeutics is seeking a qualified CMC Scientist with expertise in Analytical Development and Quality Control (ADQC) to join our team. The successful candidate will support the supply of drug substances and drug products for our innovative molecular glue degrader (MGD) programs. As part of our Chemistry Manufacturing and Control (CMC) activities, you will be involved from preclinical stages through to clinical and commercial phases. This role requires collaboration with a variety of CRO and CDMO entities, focusing on monitoring and guiding the development of analytical methods, phase-appropriate validations, and QC oversight. Responsibilities also include managing outsourcing activities related to drug substance, including synthesis design, troubleshooting, and process development, as well as drug product management. Additionally, you will contribute to the quality section of regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
