Ti aspetta una formazione a tempo pieno della durata di otto mesi, varia e retribuita, in cui riceverai un'intensa formazione sia teorica che pratica. Il luogo di formazione si trova a Bellinzona, mentre i luoghi di servizio sono a Chiasso e/o rispettivamente a Bellinzona. Dopo aver superato l'esame finale, sarai pronto/a a lavorare 24 ore su 24 in tutta la Svizzera in qualitá di assistente clienti FFS e a fornire assistenza ai nostri clienti ogni giorno in quanto volto e voce delle FFS.
