We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an HES graduate to our health support management team. Within a welcoming environment for 8 residents with intellectual disabilities, requiring care related to age, you actively contribute to their well-being and quality of life. You are responsible for: supporting residents in all activities of daily living, implementing individualized projects in accordance with institutional directives, providing care and daily life activities, performing follow-up and logistics tasks related to the role, managing and overseeing the living space, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring effective communication. Profile: You are a committed, caring, and dynamic person, with: an HES-ES diploma or an equivalent qualification, a strong interest in the Montessori method adapted for the elderly (with a positive, constructive, and solution-oriented mindset), a driving license, good knowledge of tools.
