Our client is an established technical company, active in high value-added areas, at the intersection of industry and transport systems. In a context of growth and expansion of their production capacities, they wish to structure and strengthen their electrical management. As a team leader - Master Electrician (H/F), you hold a central role that is both technical and managerial. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of electrical works, while also developing the teams you manage. On a daily basis, you manage a team of approximately five people. You guide them, promote their growth, and ensure the maintenance of their skills. You play a key role in regulatory aspects, notably by providing the necessary conditions for compliance. Your scope covers both industrial areas and transport machines and systems, which implies strong technical versatility and the ability to reason in varied environments. At the same time, you are fully involved in a production expansion project. In this capacity, you contribute to technical reflections, assess needs, implement new solutions, and integrate them into daily operations. Your presence is shared between the field and the office; you are present with your teams. You supervise, mediate, explain, and transmit knowledge. You ensure that interventions are carried out in compliance with safety rules, current standards, and quality requirements. You take the time to develop your team's skills and structure a training pathway. You also engage in more complex technical aspects: analyses, diagnostics, solution choices, etc. Your expertise allows you to secure decisions and be a technical reference. In connection with other functions of the company, you actively participate in current and upcoming projects, particularly those related to the expansion of production capacities. You anticipate impacts, coordinate interventions, and support change initiatives. This position is aimed at a professional with a federal master's degree / diploma X Master Electrician, possessing confirmed experience in Switzerland and ideally in an industrial environment. You have previously managed teams and appreciate close management focused on the development of individuals. You are comfortable with regulatory responsibilities and the communication of standards-related requirements.
