TASKS We are looking for a Sales Swiss Market, responsible for sales development, optimizing brand presence, and supporting our retail partners in Romandie. Management & further development of sales points: Regular visits, inventory and assortment analyses, KPI monitoring, as well as implementation of appropriate corrective measures. Marketing & Merchandising: Ensuring the CERTINA compliance of POS, improving the online and social media visibility of retailers. Training & conducting product and brand training as well as actively embodying the CERTINA values on-site. Analysis & Negotiation: Creating based on digital tools (MyStores, PowerBI, etc.), as well as market monitoring: Analyzing the local market, making recommendations, and finding new opportunities for additional sales areas. Collaboration & interface with X, participation in X meetings as well as with internal PROFILE Commercial basic training with further education in recent years, successful experience in sales, ideally in the watch industry. Results-oriented personality, confident in numbers and digital tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, independent, enthusiastic about fieldwork, training, and merchandising.
