Your mission: Estimate the cost of the site and prepare technical offer documents, develop execution methods and plans from suppliers and subcontractors, determine all the means to be implemented for the execution of works in compliance with the quality, safety, and deadline objectives defined in the pricing study (site visit, establishment of the methodology, pilot study, partner calculations, etc.), ensure the transfer of study files to the work teams by presenting and justifying the assumptions of the profile: Profile: In building/civil engineering, CFC - ES - Engineer/Technician with a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position or in major construction site management on Swiss territory ideally. You are versatile and proactive. Solution-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze and exploit complex submissions. Good sense of communication and ease in contacts. Excellent command of standard tools and software (Baubit Pro, MS Project).
