In the Controlling sector 80% - 100% CIMO X of Monthey SA is a Swiss company founded in year composed of 450 employees in 80 specialized trades. We are looking for a head of the Finance department for our Finance & mission department who will actively participate in steering the economic performance of CIMO X's activities and financial processes. In this role, you will manage, lead, and support a team of 4 controllers in their activities: Overseeing budgets, recent developments, as well as the definition of tariffs for ongoing projects, particularly in relation to reporting tools and financial processes. Coordinating monthly closing processes in close collaboration with the head of the Accounting department. Ensuring the monitoring and evolution of SAP's financial modules. Ensuring compliance and efficiency of the CIMO X system. Conducting and analyzing studies related to projects. You hold a degree in business management, controlling, or accounting. Excellent mastery of SAP S/4HANA (modules FI, CO, PP, PS). Advanced level in Excel and Power BI. Proven experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment or in the sector. A strong interest or proven experience in team management. Leadership and cross-functional skills, with the ability to unite, motivate, and develop the team.
