We are looking to recruit the skills and enthusiasm of a professional for our socio-professional support department, under the sector of Day Centers - Activity and Personal Development.Mission:- Support individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders- Provide a caring and supportive framework for small groups of beneficiaries- Develop the support project and its implementation, adapting it to the timing and specific needs of the person receiving care- Participate in a spirit of collaboration and management within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining and developing skills.Qualifications:- ES/HES diploma or an equivalent title and professional experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders- A dynamic person with good teamwork skills and interdisciplinary collaboration- Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach- A structured and organized professional with a sense of responsibility- Good stress resistance- Holder of a driving license- Good knowledge of toolsWorking conditions according to the CCT of the social parapublic sector in Vaud- Varied and fulfilling work- Opportunities for continuous training- Pleasant working environment- Benefits from a large institution, including parking spaces depending on availability.Start date: May 1st or to be agreed upon.For more information: Mr. Y.
