Group Financial Controller - Lombard Odier - HELP

We provide Financial Planning and Analysis to the Lombard Odier Group management and its business lines. The role is about coordinating and checking financial inputs with regards to LO Group main revenues and costs, to ensure a comprehensive monthly financial and analytical reporting. Besides, we seek at re-engineering our financial controlling approach through deeper IT automation.

YOUR ROLE

  • Produce monthly variance analysis of LO Group P&L, and related documentation
  • Take the lead in enhancing the Group financial controlling through the development ofmonitoring tools/dashboards.
  • Prepare analytical entries for processes not yet automated
  • Coordinate financial reporting with the business lines budget controllers
  • Play a key role in the budget and forecasts process.
  • YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the banking industry
  • Genuine interest for financial controlling and accounting rules.
  • Knowledge of private banking business models, including interest margins, fees and commissions.
  • Good technical skills, including an excellent expertise of Microsoft office (Excel); knowledge of SAP and Tableau would be a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail, precision and analytical skills;
  • Curious, flexible, open minded, solutions oriented;
  • Team player with good communication skills;
  • Fluent, both written and orally, in English and French;
  • Residence in Switzerland
