Villars Holding SA is active in various sectors such as retail through Restoshop SA, bakery with Boulangerie-PÄ¢tisserie-Confiserie Suard SA, with Pause-Café SA, and real estate with Parvico SA. The group has a total of 37 establishments and more than 360 employees across the country. To complete our team, we are looking for immediately or by agreement: A 100% accountant (M/F). Directly reporting to the finance director, your mission will be to carry out the complete accounting, as well as the preparation of quarterly closings and missions: • General accounting: assistance with closing, monitoring and transitional items, monitoring and inventory procedures, monitoring and tangible assets • Management and monitoring of banking activities: collection of bank documents, notices, payments, cash control • Management and monitoring of accounts receivable activities: invoicing/credit notes, data management, and sending reminders • Management and monitoring of supplier invoices: receipt of invoices/credit notes, account management, payments • Preparation of VAT reports: ensuring accuracy and guaranteeing payments • Profile tasks: • CFC commercial employee / higher education in accounting, completed or in progress • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft tools • Experience with an ERP (for example: ABACUS) • Ease in contacts, autonomy, teamwork, and ability to communicate in French; knowledge of German is an advantage We offer: • A stable and motivating position within a young and dynamic team • A varied activity • A significant place for personal development Are you ready to invest in the success of our company?
