We are looking for an Agricultural Socio-Professional Master to accompany our beneficiaries in agricultural activities at our farm.Your mission:- Manage our biodynamic agriculture in collaboration with external partners.- Provide socio-professional support to adults with disabilities in farm activities: forage and large-scale crop production, hedge and forest maintenance, animal production: care for livestock and breeding (breeding cattle, sheep, fattening pigs, poultry, etc.).- Contribute to individual projects for each beneficiary, actively supporting their implementation.- Work in a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to ensure a coherent and quality approach.What we expect from you:- A vocational qualification (CFC) in Agriculture or socio-professional fields desired, experience, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities.- Dynamism, autonomy, and flexibility in daily tasks to adapt your skills and facilitate smooth interaction with teams.- Experience with livestock and crop production is essential.What we offer:- Working conditions according to the Social Collective Agreement within a motivated, caring, and experienced team.- Opportunities for continuous education to support your professional development and enhance your skills.- An enriching institutional environment with varied missions dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities.Job details:- Activity rate: 80%- Start date: July 1 or upon agreement- Type of contract: Permanent- Application deadline: February 27If you are interested in this challenge, please send us your application to ensure centralized, prompt, and efficient processing.
