As a Manager, you will play a key role in the development and management of products within the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and implementing strategies to maximize performance. Our client is a medium-sized company operating in the FMCG sector. It is a well-established business recognized for its quality products and commitment to ensuring KPI tracking and proposing appropriate corrective measures for different markets. You will develop and execute strategies in close collaboration with market teams, manage the launch of new items while ensuring compliance with internal processes and schedules, and implement a continuous approach to improve article performance. You will conduct active competitive monitoring, analyze market dynamics, and integrate insights, and you will provide proactive suggestions regarding product packaging, design, etc. You will contribute to the definition of the Product / Price / Place / Promotion mix to strengthen your competitiveness, manage the assortment of your agri-food sector ensuring coherence, provide reliable forecasts for impeccable service rates, including entering and updating forecasts in the system, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the value chain in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideally, you have a first experience in a similar or related function in the sector and hold a higher education degree in business, marketing, or a related field. You have a perfect command of French (C1), and you possess excellent knowledge of German (C1). English is a plus. You master ERP tools (including SAP), Office tools, and digital environments.
