Working with us means evolving in a caring and supportive environment where every voice matters.As a Dietitian within different Multidisciplinary Teams, your mission will consist of being a pillar of our teams, contributing to the care of our clients as well as the prevention of nutritional risks in the context of healthy aging. Depending on your profile, your mission will involve: - Assessing clients' needs, establishing care objectives, and conducting nutritional assessments at home.- Actively collaborating with nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and aides in the care of clients as well as with attending physicians.- Participating in the continuous training of nutrition stakeholders within multidisciplinary teams.- Participating in meetings among professionals in the network (AVASAD system - Partners).- Serving as a reference for certain care processes in the client pathway.- Monitoring the quality of meals at home and managing profiles.You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a minimum of 3 years of experience desired in home care and a keen interest in elderly people and those in mental health. You should be passionate about nutrition and community health, a dynamic person capable of working both independently and within a team, rigorous, organized, sensitive to the needs of clients, and possessing a good team spirit. A valid driver's license is required. Proficiency with care records and quality monitoring tools is expected. For foreign diplomas, recognition by the Red Cross is required or must be in the process of being validated.
