We are looking forward to your application as our future Regional Sell Out Manager for the Zurich - East Switzerland region.YOUR TASKSImplementation of sell-out and sustainable market development strategies for Laurastar Switzerland in the Zurich / East Switzerland region.Overall responsibility for sell-out performance and commercial development, as well as active support of specialist retailers and POS in the region.Active management and maximization of sell-out through all relevant distribution channels, including local negotiations to optimize visibility and presence at POS.Building, maintaining, and further developing long-term customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new customers.Ensuring excellent brand presence (POS, merchandising) and high-quality implementation of sales promotions at trade fairs and events (e.g., OLMA, Home Fair).Commercial target responsibility for sell-out activities generated through sales activities.Training and supporting sales personnel at retail partners on-site.Development and implementation of constructive activation and promotional measures to achieve sales targets.Proactive collaboration with the X Manager as well as internal interfaces (marketing, CRM system management like Salesforce) for active management, planning, and tracking of sell-out activities.WHAT YOU BRINGExcellent oral and written communication skills in German (preferably Swiss German); knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage.Excellent analytical skills as well as confident independent handling of MS X and Salesforce.Very good negotiation skills.Team-oriented personality with the ability to work constructively and solution-oriented with internal interfaces as well as in a dotted-line setup.Proactive, structured input for CRM X planning, management, and discussion of sales activities with retail partners to sustainably enhance visibility, activation, and sell-out.PERSONALITY, SOCIAL SKILLSEntrepreneurial, independent, and structured working style with clear results orientation.Direct and professional communication at eye level - both internally and externally.Strong multitasking abilities with the capability to manage several topics and priorities reliably and simultaneously.Positive, proactive mindset combined with a sense of responsibility and willingness to address issues openly, constructively, and solution-oriented.PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTSSeveral years of experience in a comparable sales or regional management role.Very good knowledge of the Swiss electrical trade; existing network in the Zurich - East Switzerland region is an advantage.Experience in selling high-quality/premium products.Confident handling of MS X and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Driving license B.
