MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POSITION Care and support for women and newborns, as well as gynecological patients, focused on customer needs. Care and support for multidisciplinary medicine and surgery, centered on customer needs. MAIN TASKS You play a central role in personalized care and support of our patients in the adult care service as well as in the adult nursing service. In close collaboration with our accredited doctors and a committed interprofessional team, you actively participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures. You accompany our patients with professionalism and expertise throughout the care process - from childbirth to care and treatments in the adult field. You work in pairs with a nurse. You engage enthusiastically with the supervision of learners daily, actively contributing to the development of our team. REQUIREMENTS You possess a diploma as a healthcare assistant (CFC). PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Experience in acute care hospitals and/or outpatient care is a plus. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE You enjoy working in a team, are eager to take on responsibilities, and know how to guide and encourage others. Your strong sense of empathy and your organizational skills allow you to put the needs of patients at the center of your actions. You are flexible, stress-resistant, and possess a great sense of responsibility. You master German and/or French (minimum B2 level) and can express yourself in the other language.
