Our client, a major international organisation based in Geneva, is looking for a SAP Customer Service Functional Consultant to build their Service Management and CS expertise.
You will have previous experience in managing service orders, guarantees, warranty and billing with proven experience with contract management. Knowledge of DIP profiles and resource-relating billing would be a strong asset as well as some ABAP bug fixing knowledge.
With a previous background in Logistics Execution, EDI integration, WM, SD as well as the expected interfaces into Finance and Controlling, you may also have had exposure so SAP CRM which will be a strong advantage but not essential.
Working with the business, you will identify and validate Customer Service business requirements and translate those into workable and efficient technical specifications to the implement with internal and external development teams
Previous experience with a large manufacturing organisation or eCommerce specialist would be expected, ideally within an international context.
Strong communication skills are essential with English the working language; French would be a bonus.
