Administrative Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Higher general education with work experience in communications or data analysis would be advantageous
- Competent handling of Excel and the use of formulas and Pivot Tables
- Exceptional proofreading and editing skills
- Adequate computer skills, foremost in Word and PowerPoint
- Extensive problem solving and prioritization skills
- Quality mindset with strong attention to detail
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
- Developing semi-automated Excel reports based on data extracted from other databases as well as creating data and trend analyses in general
- Preparing routine overview of outstanding CAPA items and Deviations
- Initializing weekly and monthly oversight reports of PV, auditing CAPAs, deviations and actions in addition to following-up with CAPA owners to ensure closure in due time (AQWA) for CMO & PS QA
- Assisting CMO&PS QA staff in creating and designing good quality PowerPoint presentations
- Conceptualizing work instructions
