For an international institution in Zug we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:
IT Service Desk Agent (Permanent) - 5151
- Ensure concise and accurate logging and management of incidents and requests reported to the Desk
- Logging and Fixing 1st Level incidents
- First point of contact for customer liaison and keepin
- Maintaining awareness of service levels for all assigned incidents
- Identifying and assisting in the elimination of problems
- Communicating proactively and reactively with all users and technical resolving teams
- Provide proactive support in order to consistently improve the end user experience
- Proven service and support expertise (minimum 2 years
Excellent skilled in:
- Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016, Active Directory Administration, Exchange Administration
- Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefo
- Troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets/MFDs, TCP/IP Troubleshooting
- Remote Connectivity: RSA/VPN
- Blackberry/iPhone Suppor
- Bloomberg/Reuters Data
- Audio Visual: Projectors/Video conferencing/Plasma TVs
- Management of: Anti-virus software,
Microsoft and ITIL/ITSM certifications are a great plus
- Quick learning skills and ability to act on own initiative
Excellent English oral and written communication skills, German beneficial
