Non-Deposited Assets Operational Specialist (80-100%) Within the Technology & Operations department, the Wealth Management Infrastructure team provides non-depository asset management infrastructure and reporting services to Institutional and Private Clients. As a Non-Deposited Assets Operational Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating all management operations for our clients whose assets are deposited with third-party banks. YOUR ROLE On a day-to-day basis, monitoring the operational relationship of non-deposited clients with custodian banks; Be in regular contact with the asset managers; Accounts administration; Ensure that client transactions are properly recorded in the management systems; Co-ordinate and monitor, within the operational teams, the smooth running of non-deposited clients' financial transactions; Transmit instructions relating to managers' transactions to our customers' custodians; Verifying and reconciling our accounting systems so that they match the data from the custodian banks; Carry out data quality checks, valuations and performance calculations; Carry out various administrative and accounting tasks relating to the accounts for which you will be responsible; Contribute to the improvement of operational tools and processes and participate in various projects. YOUR PROFILE CFC in Business Administration or equivalent; Banking experience, particularly in reconciliations and securities Good team spirit with a liking for contacts; Analytical skills; Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision; Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), German and other languages will be appreciated; Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
