Join our team of over 300 and become our: Owner Specialist (FR/DE) 80%-100% What makes the position particularly interesting and stimulating:Being the referent person for a central tool for HOTELA, ensuring its evolution and overall efficiency. Understanding the business needs LAA/IDJ related to identifying axes and anticipating necessary changes. Being the main contact person for the supplier to coordinate evolutions, updates, and change requests. Collecting the needs of different departments in conjunction with collaborating with key players from each department and coordinating associated tasks (testing, description of change requests, monitoring evolutions) to guarantee overall coherence. Organizing and coordinating testing phases before implementation, providing initial support during the gradual take-up of the specifics of the business and processes of our LAA and IDJ department, in order to deeply understand the business issues related to support for other specialists in our LAA/IDJ department, assisting them with certain tasks and promoting knowledge sharing. What you bring to HOTELA:Proven experience in managing IT projects, ideally in a similar environment. Ability to analyze needs, identify issues, and ensure rigorous monitoring of tasks and evolutions. You know how to convey complex information understandably and lead discussions or meetings focused on working independently, taking initiative, being proactive, and adapting to a changing environment. You have excellent knowledge of French (C2) as well as very good knowledge of German (C1). Any other language is a plus.
