About the Tourmaline home: Located on our Bioles site, a few minutes above Concise, it hosts six residents aged 25 to 55 years with intellectual disabilities and associated conditions on the autism spectrum. Although these are complex, they are stabilized through personalized support. A team of 18 is dedicated to supporting the residents, ensuring their physical and mental well-being, and hygiene care. Working at the Tourmaline home means actively contributing to a living environment where respect, inclusion and quality of care are paramount. Work environment: The Bioles site stands out for its exceptional setting, offering a beautiful and calming environment conducive to the well-being of our residents and our team. In addition to the beauty of the landscape, we have the chance to share our daily lives with different animals, adding an enriching dimension to the experience of the Concise site: We are looking for our home HES, ES or ASE between 60 - 90% Your main tasks: Ensure the support of residents by taking into account their specific needs in the living space while also promoting their integration into society by assisting them in their daytime activities, leisure, and cultural events, thus fostering their activity and social inclusion. Participate as a team in the individual projects of the residents. Ensure the physical and mental well-being of residents by implementing the individual projects discussed during home colloquia. Promote and develop relationships with families and legal representatives. Contribute to the development of institutional projects by bringing ideas and participating in initiatives aimed at improving the quality of services profile: Holding a HES, ES, ASE certification (potentially a psychologist or equivalent title). A few years of experience in supporting adults with disabilities. Experience in homes with complex needs is an asset; you should have very good skills for teamwork and for our Concise site, having a private vehicle is essential. Why join us?
