3D Metrology and Dimensional Control ExpertAs a 3D Metrology and Dimensional Control Expert, you play a key role in ensuring the quality of our high-value industrial projects. You work on complex systems in the fields of energy and special machines.Areas of activity: Special machines, andMission:Metrology:You perform physical measurements using the following measuring means: three-dimensional machine, laser tracker, articulated arm. You develop and execute 3D measurement programs, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance with requirements. You are the reference point for three-dimensional measurements and provide support to internal teams. You guide technicians in using 3D equipment and best practices. You implement metrology procedures, instruction sheets, and documentation. You write inspection reports by interpreting and analyzing the measurement data. You define metrology needs in collaboration with the engineering offices. You train and raise awareness among production technicians regarding measuring instruments. You are capable of intervening at our suppliers' sites in Europe (about 10% of the role).Control:You perform in-process inspections, analyzing non-conformities, and you write reports following these controls. You check and validate dimensional reports prepared internally and by our suppliers.Profile:You are a technician in metrology or possess confirmed experience in the field of metrology. You have more than 5 years of experience in metrology and quality control in the mechanical industry. You master the various processes for mechanical part production: machining, forging, welding. You are proficient in all conventional measuring means. Knowledge of the software PC-DMIS, Polyworks, CAM2 Faro, Wenzel Quartis, Metrolog, and Silma X4 is a real asset. You demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your functions. You are organized, dynamic, and accustomed to working in a demanding environment, oriented towards results.
