
HR Advisor

For a reputable private bank in the canton of Geneva, we are offering a position as: HR Advisor For a fixed-term contract with a 100% workload. HR Advisor H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Manage HR administration for the employee lifecycle and advise on internal policies and regulations.
- Oversee new hires, departures and internal transfers, updating personnel files.
- Perform HR administrative tasks (certificates, AVS, work permits, attestations, etc.).
- Update and ensure the reliability of HR databases (Workday) and correct anomalies.
- Maintain and update HR procedures and processes.
- Participate in improvement and digitalisation projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.
- Collaborate on a daily basis with HR Business Partners and other HR advisers.
PROFIL ATTENDU

Bachelor's degree or HR certificate, or equivalent experience. -
Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, especially Swiss employment law. -
5 to 10 years in HR, similar role. -
Hands-on HR administration and coordination, experience with large teams/workloads. -
Excellent communicator, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented. -
Able to prioritize and work efficiently in fast-paced environments. -
Computer literate; Workday experience a plus. -
